How long does the booking process take?
The booking process usually takes a few minutes! Simply choose a location and what you would like too book! If the listing is set for instant booking you can pay and you’re ready to go! However if the listing is set to request, you have to wait for the host to approve your request, which usually gets done before the hour!

What do I do if I receive a tax statement?
You have access to all your earnings with in the dashboard to keep track of all earnings!

Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation?
Currently you must use one method to pay. We are working on updates to split payments with your friends and other payment methods!
How do I edit or remove a payment method?
Click the image logo on the top right corner, then head over to payment to control all your payment methods!

What happens if my host cancels my reservation?
You’ll be refunded immediately to find and book a new listing easily!

We’re here to solve any annoying inconveniences!
What should I do if I forgot something at a place I stayed?
You can still message the host to figure out the logistics of your lost item! However our host are not responsible for any lost personal items
Should I book if I have not heard back from the host?
If the listing is Instant booking, go right ahead! If its a request to book you won’t be charged until the host responds!
How do I share trip details with others?
You can share the itinerary, with a text blast right after booking!
