No leaving lights on when you leave the house.Subject to a $20 dollar fee for leaving lights on in the home. Keep all doors closed to keep bugs and insect out. No loud music outside after 12am on Friday and Saturday and 10pm Sunday to Thursday. On the property. No parking cars in front or on grass or full deposit will be taken.
